Three years of Commercial Art while attending Natrona County High school.

•High school is where I realized my passion for art, taking AP Art classes and beginning my understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Strata 3D Pro and Wings 3D.

 

03 - 04 Advertising Designer for the Star Tribune in Casper Wyoming.

•Learned the basics in Quark, and gained an understanding of how the advertising department works, and what it takes to get a daily state newspaper through press.

•I took on the responsibilities of contacting clients and creating their ads to specification.

 

04 - 08 Graphic Designer for Adbay.com in Casper Wyoming.

•This is where I brought on the challenge of creating and enhancing various companies image such as; logos, print, website design, gift cards, photography, multimedia and 3D animation.

 

05 - 08 Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI)

•I gained an excellent understanding of customer service and satisfaction from a top Fortune 500 company, while also honing my communication skills and problem solving for what a client is searching for.

 

04 - Current - Attending Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.

•Gaining an in depth knowledge and the skills needed to provide a professional and creative approach for the work I produce.

•Increased my knowledge in art, design, composition, motion, animation, anatomy, typography and also broadened my view of world art history.

 

07 - Current - Threadless Alumni

•Three time print winner of the continuous online T-shirt design competition at Threadless.com

 

08 - Knott Laboratory 3D animation intern

•Ten week internship where I gained knowledge and experience in the process of 3D foren-sic animation and the techniques used for 3D modeling, photo matching, photogrammetry, video matching, video grammetry, visual analysis, photo reconstruction, rotoscoping, Auto cad and 3DS Max.

•Received the Casper College Visual Arts Department Division Scholarship, Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design institutional/animation Scholarship, Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design portfolio scholarship, Wyoming Art Educators scholarship, artistic discovery award, Ted Kearns memorial award.
